At Bayto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or product type. These items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after placing them. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
